We build HIVOLT to last longer than the trend cycle. That starts with fabric decisions, not slogans.

What we use

Our core Voltcore™ knits are engineered polyester and polyamide blends chosen for one reason: they outlast natural fibres under repeated sweat, wash and stretch cycles. A garment that survives 200 sessions has a lower lifetime footprint than three that survive 60.

Fabric weights, published

Every product page lists exact composition and gsm weight. No vague "performance fabric" claims — you can see 87% polyester / 13% spandex at 200 g/m² before you buy.

Built to be repaired, not replaced

Flatlock seams throughout. If a seam fails within normal use, we replace the garment — see our returns policy.

Where we're honest about the gap

We are not yet running recycled-content yarns across the full range, and we do not currently offer a take-back programme. Both are on the roadmap. We would rather publish the gap than claim a certification we don't hold.

Packaging

Orders ship in recyclable mailers. No tissue, no branded filler, no plastic hangtags.
