HIVOLT Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on every US order, no minimum.

Where We Ship

HIVOLT ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to PO Boxes. APO and FPO addresses may take longer than the windows below.

Cost

Free on every order. There is no minimum spend, no expedited tier and no surcharge at checkout. Shipping is shown as $0.00 before you pay.

Production and Dispatch

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner within 2-4 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

8-14 business days after dispatch. This is a full window rather than a best case estimate, and many orders arrive sooner. Orders are dispatched from Illinois, USA.

Why the Window Is Not Two Days

Orders are handled by a fulfillment partner rather than a warehouse we operate ourselves. That adds a handling step, and the handling step is where the days go. We publish a window we can actually meet rather than one we cannot.

Carrier and Tracking

Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on your address. Every order is tracked. A tracking link is emailed to the address on the order within 24 hours of dispatch. Please allow 24-48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Wrong Address

Email support@hivolt-usa.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct the address before your order enters production.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email support@hivolt-usa.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it in full.

Taxes and Duties

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no customs charges, as all orders are domestic.
