Every HIVOLT order ships with tracking. Here's how to find yours.

Using your confirmation email

When your order leaves our warehouse you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it to see live carrier updates. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder for messages from our domain.

Using your account

If you ordered while signed in, every order and its tracking status lives in your account under Order history.

Ordered as a guest?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or contact us with your order number and we'll look it up.

How long until it ships?

Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day are picked the same day. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch; express is 1–3. Full detail on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Tracking hasn't moved

Carrier scans can lag 24–48 hours after dispatch, especially over weekends. If there's been no movement after three business days, get in touch and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
