These Terms of Service govern your use of hivolt-usa.com and any purchase you make from HIVOLT Performance Co.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See Shipping & Delivery for current timeframes.
Returns
Every order is covered by our 60-Day Love-It Guarantee. You may return items — including worn and washed items — within 60 days of delivery. Full mechanics on our Returns & Refunds page. Final-sale items and gift cards are excluded.
Product descriptions and imagery
We publish exact fabric composition and gsm weight on every product page. Colours may render differently between screens. Garment measurements are laid-flat measurements — see our Size Guide.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@hivolt-usa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the HIVOLT name, logo, product imagery and copy — is owned by HIVOLT Performance Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIVOLT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
